Which was the most important teachers in you life - who change or inspired you to becoming or become who you are? How can I make the subject interesting ! Everyone of the children should feel they are welcomed and safe in the classroom . Feel safe to develop their knowledge , to ask questions, to deliberate, to be and become the best of them self! This I my goal! What have you learned today? The most important is to inspire interest and to learn to know the students and how they get inspired. I have met a lot of good teacher s with a lot of experience saying this.  I think that to inspire a student beat homework when it comes to improving the learning . Andria Zafirakou is the Worlds best teacher 2016! There is so many sources for inspiration - a always looks for new things to develop my teaching . The worlds best teacher 2019 is Peter Tabichi from Kenya.

  How do I build trust ?  That was one of my big questions when I start my journey to become a teacher - a good one I strive for! I tested my skills and how I like the teaching! I have got the possibility to teach students from 6 years to 18 years old. In a big picture I really like our education system, I like the feed back from the student, I like that I got new Ideas everyday I am teaching. I have been teaching 6 years old to 17 years olds in Agenda 2030 - and I have hope and see the  opportunities of the future. And It starts when you see the School building or take the first step outside your home! I try to be a role model when it come to picking up things from tables and floors. Often when ask students you do´nt know to pick up something is -"It was not me?  Then I take up the paper or bottle and say - "Not me either" and give them a big smile !". I can see that this works!
