Now I spend a lot of time thinking about leaning? Why a re we leaning ? How a re we leaning ? What a re we leaning ? I know that I lea rn a lot when a meet people, listening to people and interact with people. But what do you do with you r knowledge ? By c reate teams you r wo rk will give  multiple effect !

What is this? I know - but why do I know? How do you do when you develop and get new knowledge , skills and experience ? How do you develop your creativity ? Have you reflect up on your values ? What is important for you? How do you develop your network ? What happens here? It is a installation at Stockholm University but who is the artist? What is important for you , your family, friends, colleagues, the civil society, society, Småland, Sweden, EU and the world ? Do ever reflect up on this? Were is your passion ? Nobody I asked new it so that challenged my curiosity and I got in my detective mode. Made a call and got it! Ask people I meet what trends they see in their daily life.  I spend some time at different levels in the school system from students in the age of 7 to students at the University. Which was the most important teachers in you life - who change or inspired you to becoming or become who you are? How can I make the subject interesting ! Everyone of the children should feel they are welcomed and safe in the classroom . Feel safe to develop their knowledge , to ask questions, to deliberate, to be and become the best of them self! This I my goal! What have you learned today? The most important is to inspire interest and to learn to know the students and how they get inspired. I have met a lot of good teacher s with a lot of experience saying this.  I think that to inspire a student beat homework when it comes to improving the learning . Jag har länge studerat entreprenörskap och nu kommit fram till tre faktorer som är avgörande för om företagsbyggande ska bli framgångsrikt . För det första så krävs en bra tjänst eller produkt som löser ett problem . Detta kommer att göra att ni han växa och investera pengarna i verksamheten utan att förlora allt för mycket av kontrollen över verksamheten, dvs undvika utspädning av ditt ägande. För det tredje är det viktigt att ni har ett väl fungerande team på plats, som kan realisera de som ni har kommit fram till.
