How can't I Make them to talk?

 How do I build trust? 

That was one of my big questions when I start my journey to become a teacher - a good one I strive for!

I tested my skills and how I like the teaching! I have got the possibility to teach students from 6 years to 18 years old.

In a big picture I really like our education system, I like the feed back from the student, I like that I got new Ideas everyday I am teaching.

I have been teaching 6 years old to 17 years olds in Agenda 2030 - and I have hope and see the opportunities of the future.

And It starts when you see the School building or take the first step outside your home! I try to be a role model when it come to picking up things from tables and floors. Often when ask students you do´nt know to pick up something is -"It was not me? 

Then I take up the paper or bottle and say - "Not me either" and give them a big smile!". I can see that this works!
I build trust by listening, be curious and to arrange the class room. One tool is to place books on the tables in the back - and the students do´nt sit down their. Also to welcoming them at the beginning of the school day, in the class room and to the lecture.

Since day one they think I am a under cover cop! But still they are not talking - or thats why they are not talking or answer questions.

To learn the students name is another key!
